The registration form for membership applications is used to maintain the privacy of our Site. Prospective users may choose to withhold this information, but will be denied access if they do.

Order forms

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary.

We do not maintain a listing of this information after the initial information is sent.

Our online surveys ask visitors for contact information (like their e-mail address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary.

Opt-Out

Whenever our site asks a visitor to provide information, we will provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners.

All NHRBA mailing lists permit users to remove themselves. You must know the name of list and your password, before sending an email to listname-request@nhrba.com - substitute "listname" with the name of the list. In the subject (or the body), enter unsubscribe password, subsituting your password.
